Best Car Buying Experience........ever. I got an amazing deal on an awesome brand new car. My salesman Suvin Viswanathan, was professional, patient, and transparent. I typically cringe when I think of car shopping; the haggling and tricks/gimmicks always leave me frustrated! There was none of that at Rockville BMW. Suvin wanted my business and worked hard to earn it. From sales to financing the whole experience was a pleasure. Suvin and his team stayed until well after closing to ensure I got the car I wanted at a fair price with good financing. They worked with my damaged trade-in and gave me a pretty fair trade. I've purchased quite a few cars over the years. This was my 2nd BMW. My experience at Rockville BMW was by far the best ever. Great Experience I enjoy buying a car about as much as I do a root canal. Actually, I think I might prefer the root canal. Great Experience My husband and I purchased our second BMW and couldn't have been happier with the service we received from Roxanne. After experiencing many issues with our first vehicle, I made an impromptu visit to the showroom during my service appointment to discuss my options. I truly value people who are honest, fair, realistic and understanding; and Roxanne was just that! She understood our situation and need and found the best options for us to consider. In the end, we were able to transition out of our 2007 X5 and into a 2015' 428i Gran Coupe with lots of bells and whistles that same day. We're so grateful and will continue to do business with Roxanne in the years to come. More

Suvin handled the purchase of one of my dream cars a 2015 BMW 428i Hardtop Convertible (astor blue)..... Suvin's sales techniques go beyond belief in my opinion...He exhibited a level of professionalism that gives him an "edge" in this profession. This is a rarity in today's market. I looked all over the country for this color car, I had OK pricing from other dealerships but Suvin handled himself in such a way, from the very first introduction over the phone to the end of the sale, with his no-pressure and honest sales techniques that he sealed the deal with ease. Most importantly he kept his word and gave me a deal that was unbeatable. He follows up, as well as responds quickly to any questions I may have. I could go into much more detail in regards to the experience from beginning to end, but that would take more than one page. I am new to owning a BMW and I absolutely love it so far!!! She took a great deal of time explaining the features in the X3, since my 2004 X3 did not contain the same technology. Roxanne set up my phone so that I can talk hands free if need be.
