I came in as an emergency with the motor smoking Jarred Brown, my service advisor, assessed the problem and demonstrated the cause and the solution. Very confusing with scheduling recall appointment with remote site scheduling different time from dealership. Also, with appointment, it took over 3 hours for software update.
