Patient and professional team I went to the Rockville BMW dealership after doing a lot of on-line research, thinking that I would buy a used BMW from a dealership several hours awa I went to the Rockville BMW dealership after doing a lot of on-line research, thinking that I would buy a used BMW from a dealership several hours away, because I had identified a car at the distant dealership as a great deal. I wanted to drive a similar car before driving several hours to the car I had identified. I test drove two cars with Elliot Kwon and told him what I was thinking of doing. He was always gracious and did not press me to rethink my choice. But he asked if he could stay in contact and continued to provide me information. I did test drive the other car, but, because I was so favorably impressed with the Rockville dealership and the importance of the warranties and care the Rockville dealership would provide, I came back to Rockville. After another test drive, I ended up buying a new car at a reasonable price. Elliot and his colleagues were helpful and always concerned that I feel comfortable with my choice. I can highly recommend Elliot and the team as patient and professional. The experience was far easier than I had feared. More

Excellent Experience BMW Rockville is most definitely a first class operation, and the team that we worked with there was absolutely the best. We traded in our 2007 BMW X5 BMW Rockville is most definitely a first class operation, and the team that we worked with there was absolutely the best. We traded in our 2007 BMW X5 for a new one, but we were concerned about the trade because our old X5 had an electrical problem potentially making it difficult to appraise the vehicle. Our Sales Specialist Ivan Johnson, and manager Mike Zheng, quickly assuaged our concern and easily negotiated a fair and equitable trade for our 2007 X5, even though it was not drivable at the time. Anyone who has purchased a car knows that there is a mountain of paperwork involved that can cause a great deal of anxiety, but I must say, as I reflect on our experience, I remember it to be a smooth and easy transaction, while enjoying a cup of Ivan's hot green tea. Additionally, because of the electrical problem in our old X5, I was not able to retrieve my CDs from the CD changer, and held out little hope of ever seeing them again. But both Ivan and Mike continued to work on that problem even after - well after - we had driven our new vehicle off the lot. A week or so later I received a text from Ivan with a picture attachment of my CDs that they had retrieved from our old car! Cheers to Ivan and Mike for their attention to detail and exquisite customer service - going above and beyond the call.
