As soon as I arrived I knew I was in good hands. That dreaded feeling of car buying disappeared as soon as I walked in and was greeted by Roxanne. She made me feel welcome and at ease. I traded in my Lexus for a BMW. Once we knew which car I wanted, Roxanne took care of every little detail - got the car cleaned and ready, took care of the paperwork, etc. Most of us don't particularly enjoy the car buying process, but with BMW of Rockville and Roxanne, it will actually be a pleasure. Nothing is good about this dealership My new BMW Z4 came in. I was called and told to pick it up. I left Ocean City, MD. and when I got about 15 minutes from BMW of Rockville, I was called My new BMW Z4 came in. I was called and told to pick it up. I left Ocean City, MD. and when I got about 15 minutes from BMW of Rockville, I was called and told the key needed to be reprogrammed. I told them to keep it until everything was working right. I was called the next day and told the problem was fixed. I went to pick it up and the car was dirty on the inside. It had what looked like grease on the red leather seats. The salesman Brandon Kim said no problem and wiped the seats down with spray on a cloth. One spot never came out.Their detail man looked at the spot and said the red dye never adhered to the seat. The manager told me he would order new seats. I told him I expected the 72000.00 car to be in perfect condition and not needing repairs. I refused the delivery and he refused to give me my 1000.00 deposit back! Since then, I've purchased a new Porsche from a local Porsche dealer and will never use BMW Rockville again for anything. More
