Suvin went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable with the decision to purchase a 2015 335i with manual transmission. The car was in great order when I picked it up. Now, the down side: Financial Dept - was training a new employee so I got stuck with helping BMW of Rockville provide on the job training. I got nothing for participating nor was I ask if I would like to participate. Next the Fin. Dept - Used the hard sale technique to get me to purchase additional product packages (maintenance, tire, etc). Finally, it took me over 3 house to sign paperwork and leave. The best thing about this whole deal was the salesman Suvin. More

Unlike other dealers I visited, they were immediately pleasant upon entering the dealership and pairs me up with Marshall Douglas as a Consultant. Marshall's ability to listen to what was important to me in a car and fit the right model to my needs was absolutely spot on. Test drive was great, he searched inventory across the country to fit the exact right vehicle specs and the finance, management and service department were equally great! In the end I ended up with a fantastic car that after a month, cannot wait everyday to get out drive! Thanks Marshall! More

Great experience with service department I contacted my sales manager (Nicolas Popovici) about a problem that came up with the vehicle. Within the hour I got a call from the service manager I contacted my sales manager (Nicolas Popovici) about a problem that came up with the vehicle. Within the hour I got a call from the service manager (Scott Cascone) and he told me to either bring the car in or they would come pick it up while dropping off a loaner. I dropped the car off that afternoon and was on my way with my loaner vehicle in no time. The next morning they called me and told me they found the problem and the car should be ready that afternoon. Once again, the pick up of the car was quick and painless. Scott went out of his way to make sure I was informed of what was going on and was apologetic about the vehicle having a problem to begin with. They definitely showed genuine concern for getting my vehicle fixed quickly and correctly. Its little things like these that will get me to drive by several other BMW dealerships that are closer to get my car serviced at BMW of Rockville. You all Rock!!! More

From my salesman, James Tan, to his associate, Suvin Viswanathan, to Kenny Poerstel, Business Manager and finally to Danny Goldin, GENIUS, who sat with me twice and explained everything in simple terms showing me how to access all of the incredible features of my new BMW.
