Biggest bunch of crooks! Waited 2 months for my new BMW. When they called I was in Ocean City. I left immediately to go get my new car. When I'm about 10 minutes away, they ca Waited 2 months for my new BMW. When they called I was in Ocean City. I left immediately to go get my new car. When I'm about 10 minutes away, they called and said pick it up tomorrow, there's a problem. The key needed to be reprogrammed. So next day they called again said it's ready. I went there all excited about my new car. When I arrived they had it outside waiting. I walked up to it and looked inside and I couldn't believe what I was looking at. Grease on seats and console. I was ready to walk away at that point but I went inside and asked my salesman if that was my car. He said yes and I said the cars a mess. He walked out and looked inside and said I'll fix it. He went inside and grabbed a rag and wiped the grease away, still leaving a residue on the seats.Then he went inside the showroom room and came out with a spray can of something and kept spraying and wiping, asking me how's it look now. I kept noticing a spot on the red leather seat that wouldn't come out. He went and got the sales manager. Then the sales manager got the detail man. The detail man looked at it and said some of the dye was missing off the seat. The salesman said that they could touch it up with red dye. WHAT THE xxxx! This was a brand new car! At that point I said I'm walking away from this deal. Then the sales manager said this was a special order car. Did they really think I cared about it being a special order car. IT WAS DEFECTIVE!!! He then said I want you to be satisfied and said he'd order me a new seat from Germany and I'd get it in about 3 weeks. Look this is a new car. I ordered a new car in new car condition. I don't want a new car that needs work. I said forget it. And then sales manager again said this was a special order. I ask him for my deposit back which was 1000.00. Once again he repeated himself about it being a special order. He refused to give me deposit back. I ended up buying a new Porsche from Silver Spring Porsche Audi. They knocked 14000.00 off a new Porsche without any haggle. BMW of Rockvile had knocked off 3500.00 on a new BMW and they were acting like that's the best deal out there when They did it. I haven't got around yet to small claims court yet but writing reviews and warning people to stay away from these crooks gives me some satisfaction. More

Impressive customer service I was rather disappointed to learn about the clutch in need of replacement on my three and a half year old 328i knowing that my previous 325i had no c I was rather disappointed to learn about the clutch in need of replacement on my three and a half year old 328i knowing that my previous 325i had no clutch issues during the 8 year tenure. I shared my concern with Scott Cascone, the service manager, who readily agreed to make inquiries with BMW directly. Scott notified me within the next 48 hours, as promised, about the BMW decision to cover 60% of the repair cost. The attention and courtesy of the stuff during the next step of bringing the car for the repair and arrangement of a loaner vehicle was invaluable. Scott personally oversaw the entire process and kept me informed via phone calls and e-mail to the very point when my car with a newly installed clutch was ready for the pick up. I am very impressed with his professionalism and personable approach and wish him best in his future endeavors. Thank you, AT More

She replied right away and set up a time for me to come in that worked with my schedule - and our friendly/polite banter made me look forward to meeting her. I went in to see Roxanne on the weekend and expected to just begin to discuss my purchase. Roxanne had such a great way about her - casual - no pressure - knowledge of ALL the cars in and out, nuts to bolts. I couldn't believe when I actually got in my car that I purchased and drove it off the lot that same day - very uncharacteristic of me! But she took such great care of me and made me so comfortable and well informed that it didn't seem rushed at all. I knew I was getting a great deal and I trusted her. In addition to Roxanne, everyone I came in contact with was friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I unknowingly walked into the pre-owned car show room to start my visit and the salesman there personally escorted me over to the new car sales area when they realized I was in the wrong place. He brought me right into Roxanne's office where she was waiting for me. Buying my first BMW, I expected a certain level of service throughout the process as it is a world class product, but my expectations were exceeded. It was such a great experience working with Roxanne and the whole gang. If you live in the Capital Region and you are planning on buying a BMW, it is a no-brainer that this is the right place to go.
