Excellent genius support I came in for my Encore Delivery session with a BMW Genius today. I bought the car new from this dealership and have owned it for two weeks. Technology has definitely changed in automobiles since my last car purchase in 2007. While I learned the essentials of the technology from my great salesperson Karifa when I took delivery, I had developed more questions about the technology as I drove the car. Danny Goldin, my genius today, did a fantastic job answering my questions and patiently explaining and showing me additional technology features to improve my driving/ownership enjoyment. He helped me connect my cell phone up to the Comm system and also helped me with some other default settings for the vehicle. It was a worthwhile 30 minutes. More
