Caught this dealer lying about damage and CARFAX report I purchased a pre-owned BMW X4 from this dealer and noticed a stone chip in the windshield within 5 minutes of driving away. I returned with the car a I purchased a pre-owned BMW X4 from this dealer and noticed a stone chip in the windshield within 5 minutes of driving away. I returned with the car and they insisted that the damage happened after I drove it off the lot. I called an auto glass company to fix the chip at my expense. When the technician arrived and examined the windshield chip, he noticed that it was repaired before and showed me the resin from the prior repair. The damage was not disclosed by the dealer and they hid it from the CARFAX report before I purchased the car. BMW of Rockville was the only prior owner of the car and did not disclose this damage or attempted repair I would not trust this dealer and would not recommend them to anyone. More

I decided to go to BMW Rockville to compare pricing and planned to go back to the other dealership to purchase. Well let's just say that didn't happen. I entered the dealership and was greeted by Karen, I knew at that time I was going to buy a car that day. Well let's just say between her, Nick (General Sales Manager) and James ( Finance Manager), I literally walked out 4 hours later with the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. For me as important as the price was, the level of service was something that you don't usually see during the car buying process. I can't wait to share this experience with my friends. It was a true pleasure. More
