This is my very first experience with bmw and i asked for a deal with weather proof mats then the other day I realized i didn’t get mat for my trunk and trunk luggage cover was missing next day I text to the a deal with weather proof mats then the other day I realized i didn’t get mat for my trunk and trunk luggage cover was missing next day I text to the sales guy and told him im missing this two parts so he gave me unreal excuses that trunk mat won’t come with it since i asked for all set and I asked what about missing trunk cover then he said it’s used car so it won’t come with it, why he didn’t inform me when it has any missing parts? This experience is not so good for me because I thought if I get a deal straight with dealer then I don’t have to check with every small detail because dealers don’t compromise with this as compare to local person who sells a car where I have to look for every small detail but I was wrong. My service experience at BMW of Rockville was top notch from my conversation with the service scheduler to working with the cashier to pay for the work done. I was greeted quickly, led to the customer lou from my conversation with the service scheduler to working with the cashier to pay for the work done. I was greeted quickly, led to the customer lounge for refreshment, met with my service advisor, Ali, who explained the recommended maintenance, and an Uber was then called for me. My car was returned to me quickly and washed with a video of the status of my car’s condition. Quality speaks for itself and that is the service department at BMW of Rockville and Ali. Thank you! More
