My boss highly recommended her and despite having 3 other BMW dealerships close Roxanne is truly the greatest sales person that I’ve ever worked with! My boss highly recommended her and despite having 3 other BMW dealerships closer to us (we are both based in Arlington, VA), she reassured me that Roxanne was excellent and worth the drive to Rockville, MD. Boy, was she right! From day one, Roxanne immediately put me at ease with my search for a new vehicle as my current lease was expiring (not to mention, I recently had a bad experience at another BMW location). She truly is professional, efficient, kind & friendly and with her there are no games, price haggling, etc. -- the usual BS and everyone's fear when walking into a car dealership. We also had an excellent experience with James Wang who did our financing and simply made the worst part $$$ feel painless! We met Marshall by chance while waiting by the coffee machines. A conversation about coffee turned into questions about the car and before you know it, Marshall was doing his own research to get us additional information that we wanted.
