I had worked with her previously helping an acquaintance purchase her vehicle and was impressed with her then. I also worked with this dealership for a friend who leased her SUV. She was able to get a reasonable deal together and we were able to take care of most of the work over phone and email. This was great since Rockville is not convenient for me to get to. I have been truly impressed with how well everyone is treated and how all of the staff seems to work as a team. I was already leaning toward a Performance Center delivery for the car and she clinched it with her encouragement. She seemed as enthusiastic about the car and the Performance Center as I was. Jose Vielma was also instrumental in ensuring my lease terms with all of my incentives went through including an unusual incentive. It was a Sunday and he made extra effort to make sure my incentives went through. I predict a long relationship with getting our BMW's form Roxanne in the future. More

Horrible customer service. Horrible experience. Make sure not to use D'Angelo Cates as a service adviser. Lack of customer service and hostile attitude towards customers is very Horrible experience. Spoke with the Service Director (Jack), he could care less about the issues and would not make any effort to remedy the situation of the nasty attitude from the service adviser. She's on the ball, knows I'm busy and that I am always time constrained. Once again Roxanne had all my paperwork ready to go when I walked through the door. We were told that these warranties are refundable based on the unused portion. We reached out to BMW to get an amount of refund and process it as we will be purchasing a different vehicle. After calling no less than 12 times without an answer I reviewed them on Facebook negatively. After that review we finally heard back from David Mills who is there sales manager. He promised that we would hear back from him the next day. That was a lie and we have reached out directly to David 6 times over the course of several days. He has still not made any attempt to contact us with the information that we need. We only wanted to get a total for our refund and get it processed. The worst dealership I have ever worked with. More
