Indifferent to customer problems, even when created by them During service of my lease vehicle, they put an incorrect mileage for my vehicle which corrupted the vehicle history report and flagged the car as out During service of my lease vehicle, they put an incorrect mileage for my vehicle which corrupted the vehicle history report and flagged the car as out-of-warranty despite having many miles and years remaining. The result was that I was unable to trade in the car on purchase of a new vehicle at another dealership. When I tried to get them to help, even to pay the lost lease disposition fee, they brushed me off and literally say "that won't happen" in a terse e-mail. They simply don't care about their customers, unless they can squeeze out another sale. They tried to strong arm me into buying another vehicle from them. I will never use this dealership again and will campaign my friend, colleagues and anyone else to avoid this dealer for sales or service. More

I met a salesman name Alwyn, I told him my budget and my must haves. Alwyn was very knowledgeable and very dedicated in finding me the perfect .I felt like I was car shopping with a friend and not pushy salesman (which is awesome). Alwyn was very respectful and professional during my entire process and never missed a beat or never lacked communication with me. Because of the rapport I built with him I will be returning back to purchase another BMW from the BMW of Rockville!!!! Thank you Alwyn for my Brand new beautiful 2017 530i!!! More

Not good at full disclosure I purchased a 2015 Z4 from this dealer over the Summer 2017. I came in specifically looking for the car I purchased, so I wasn't a hard sell. Yet, t I purchased a 2015 Z4 from this dealer over the Summer 2017. I came in specifically looking for the car I purchased, so I wasn't a hard sell. Yet, thru negotiations and finance, it took me five hours to drive away with the vehicle. It was almost delivered without being prepped/washed, even after all that time. The lasting memories, however, will be over the lack of disclosure about the communications device (or combox, I believe BMW refers to it as) that controls the SOS, Roadside Assistance, and ConnectedDrive, was disabled in the vehicle. It was done so by the same dealer, during a retrofit campaign by BMW. The previous owner had a choice of retrofit or gift card, and they took the gift card. BMW of Rockville sold the vehicle to me, promoting it's 'technology package' as one of it's features, but never disclosing that the bulk of the features I wanted out of the package, were disabled. BMW corporate got involved, but could not influence this dealer to make this right - activate/retrofit the vehicle ($800 cost) to make up for the lack of disclosure. BMW claims they don't have that kind of influence over independent dealerships. This is one of the reasons why the current dealership model is bad for consumers, vs the Tesla model - where the dealer/service centers are controlled by the manufacturer. The vehicle I really enjoy - but, I knew that going into the purchase. This dealer, however, through unanswered emails, phone calls, and even certified letters, made the first two months of my ownership a complete misery. There are many BMW dealers in the area. I strongly recommend you visit one of them, instead of this one. More

I decided to "pull the trigger," and called the salesman. On my way driving to the dealership, he called me back and reneged. Said he wanted another $1,000. I went to the dealership and after hours of haggling, I was worn down and agreed to pay $600 more that the written quote, plus title, tags, etc. Now, six months later, some new employee who claims that he's there to fix problems, called me to say that I still owe them another $311!!!! This is after they screwed up the titling and I had to get new tags. Unbelievably bad dealings and zero customer service. Stay away from these bums. More

WORST-EXPERIENCE-EVER If you are looking for a BMW, stay as far away from this dealership as you can. They are the most unprofessional people I have ever worked with my entire life. Believe me when I say, this is no exaggeration. Do yourselves a favor, please, find another dealership. I attempted to lease a vehicle here. They treat you like a 2nd class citizen. After going through the on line application AND getting approved, this dealership brought me in and told me the payments would be increased based off "the report they ran." I asked if this report was different from the one BMW financial already processed and sent back an email confirming it was approved? It was crooked and I should have walked. 5 minutes later, everything was back on track (I wonder why). After putting down a deposit almost 3 weeks ago, I still don't have my car. They are non-responsive, management ignores your complaints, and they could care a less about the awful customer service they provide. I still think someone is playing a joke on me that is how ridiculous it has gotten. I still don't have my car, it's excuse after excuse on the paperwork. They have drawn my sick mother in on this, no remorse or regret on their end, they just keep going. It's a nightmare and all I want is the car I PAID to drive. Every day I am paying for insurance on a car I don't drive. This isn't the end. If I do not get my car in the next 24 hours I will take this up with corporate BMW, the Better Business Bureau of MD, and any other site I can find the opportunity to prevent people from giving this dealership any business. More
