Terrible service experience Had an awful, AWFUL experience here today. Arrived at the appointment time, waited 30 minutes to be checked in and then couldn't get a loaner. And I w Had an awful, AWFUL experience here today. Arrived at the appointment time, waited 30 minutes to be checked in and then couldn't get a loaner. And I wasn't the only one kept waiting -- several other customers had appointments an hour before but their cars were still in the porter's area. Finally gave up, asked for my car back and left. Definitely not the experience you might expect at a "premium" auto dealer. I'll have my car serviced by a dealership that respects its clients' time, and I certainly won't be returning to BMW of Rockville for my next car purchase. More

Titled and Tagged the Wrong Car and Correction was Worse It is hard to understand how a customer can have a wonderful experience with the sales team only to have the back end process ruined the reputation of It is hard to understand how a customer can have a wonderful experience with the sales team only to have the back end process ruined the reputation of this dealership forever for our family. Our sales experience was fantastic with a wonderful support staff throughout the selecting, locating and receiving our vehicle. Once the vehicle arrived and prepped for delivery, my wife, daughter and I waited for two and a half hours to be helped by the ONLY Finance Advisor on a Friday evening. He took his time and pitched, as he should I suppose, and when products were declined, he rushed through the paperwork with a complete downturn in attitude. This coupled with being at the dealer for over four hours, we were ready to just sign and leave. Four days after the purchase, I received a phone call from my salesperson informing me that the entire paperwork was completed on an incorrect VIN number; My wife was driving her new car around on someone else's VIN number. In order to get this corrected, we had to return again to the dealership only to find that the ONLY finance advisor that could help us, was the same person. Apparently the requests to pre-print the paperwork for us by the sales team was completely ignored and he hurriedly took another customer while we sat around. AGAIN. In the meantime, our salesperson was the ONLY person in the dealership that was making any effort to assist us. He had offered to bring the paperwork to our house that night but was told by the Finance Manager to assign us the dealer tag to drive on because they did not feel like taking care of it that night. I spoke to the Sales Manager regarding making things right by their customer to absolutely no avail, we left with the dealer plates in hand. It was only when I threatened to return the vehicle, they got off their "convenient" schedule to print the replacement paperwork and brought to my residence by our sales person. Who in the right mind schedules only ONE Finance Advisor on a Friday evening? How does this ONE Finance Advisor still employed? Aren't they suppose to check the information as the last check point before completing a sale? Or does that only happen if customers make back end purchases? Even on a more fundamental note: I understand that mistakes happen. People are allowed to make mistakes. Integrity and Character can be greatly judged by how one(s) handle such mistakes. Daniel Banicevic performed very poorly at his job. When he had a chance to correct and meld a relationship with a customer by recovering to the best of his abilities he failed again. The Finance manager who instructed my salesperson to send me home with a dealer tag to take care of the issue the next day, failed. That is not how you own your mistakes, react with accountability and address customer concerns. In fact, the only person that made any real effort to correct the mistakes was our salesperson. Someone that wasn't even responsible for it. He drive out to my house with the correct paperwork and replacement license plates for us to be able to use our new vehicle. This entire experience reveals a systemic breakdown in process, lack of integrity, and inherent disregard of customers and their time by the employees, their managers, and unfortunately the owner and his business practices. Best of luck and I hope for improvements for the sake of others whose business you might earn in the future. More

Had been following the brand for sometime and really wanted to find not just the right car, but at a price I could afford. Like most, I called around all the dealers in the DMV. When I told them the car I wanted, I was laughed off the phone. Called Suvin at BMW of Rockville and he was genuine and told me that he felt we could come to an agreement on something close to what I wanted and to come in. I was skeptical as I thought I was wasting my time and he was going to try and scam me when I came in. Boy was I wrong. Suvin worked with me tirelessly for 3 hours to get me into a car that I wanted and a price that was reasonable to me. It wasn't an easy deal by any means, but I knew I was asking a lot. Suvin took the time and patience to make sure I was happy and helped set my expectations correctly. He knew all about the car and really what the key selling points were. I'll definitely be going back to BMW Rockville to see Suvin in 3 years. More
