He's also a great multi-tasker because he was being pulled in several directions, but maintained his focus on customer service. The general manager, Mike was very friendly and kept checking on us to ensure we were okay. The Internet person was great as well. He checked on us and offered overall great customer service. The finance guy was very nice and made us feel comfortable and wasn't overbearing. He was extremely friendly. Emmitt was fantastic as well. He helped me set the driver's profile while going over some of the car's features and encouraged me to contact him to set an appointment to go over any questions once I drove the car a few days.
