That review was written in the moment, at the height of what I thought at the time was a great experience. Since then, having now owned my car for less than 2 weeks, I've change my mind. I will say, the staff was pleasant and attentive. Unfortunately, now knowing what I do about the type of car I have (things I wish were presented to be BEFORE the purchase) I now feel I they did not match me with a vehicle that best suits my lifestyle. I was not presented with all the facts that would have helped me make an informed decision and now I am stuck with a car that is not ideal for me and my family. As a buyer I made a decision based on the information I was presented and what I knew at the time. I fully regret this purchase. Let my experience be a cautionary tale - please be cautious and do your own research - especially before purchasing a hybrid or electric plug-in vehicle. DO NOT allow sales people who have the luxury of charging at work (for free) oversimplify owning an EV. It is a lifestyle change. It is NOT for everyone. Remember, salespeople only want to make a sale - at your expense. More
