BMW Traded for Lease I am so impressed with Suvin at this location. He was referred to me by my service Rep Russell. From the first moment Suvin immediately called me to I am so impressed with Suvin at this location. He was referred to me by my service Rep Russell. From the first moment Suvin immediately called me to set up a convenient appointment. I had previously looked at a few models and even though this would be my3rd BMW for cost reasons I was also considering a desl with Honda. I met with Suvin twice. Both times he was so courteous, professional, personable and yes very honest. I would never write something untrue. If my experience was bad I usually don’t bother and just cease giving business. But Suvin even bought me dinner because I was starving (both times we stayed late.) He stayed behind long after his shift to make sure I was content and really wanted to close the deal not because he pushed me. His number one goal is his client. He is truly awesome. He checked off everything that mattered to me and I left with a beautiful Learsed BMW. I truly hope you ask for him and consider a BMW. You’ll be surprised st how wonderful he is. Yes, i am a real client with a fantastic experience but don’t take my word for it, go see him and you’ll see you the client are his number one priority even though this is a business and we all have to make money but he is so upfront and just lovely, Thank yiu Suvin for everything, especially dinner!!! I was starved by the time we signed and you still had not eaten yours. More

Dishonest Back Office Practices I have had two negative experiences with this dealership's back offices practices once they have you locked in on a sale. They are really, really bad I have had two negative experiences with this dealership's back offices practices once they have you locked in on a sale. They are really, really bad at navigating the DC registration process, so they need constant nudging to get the paperwork done and even then you'll be lucky If you get your plates on time. In addition, during my most recent purchase I was using a trade-in with a gifted title. Despite NJ, MD, and DC all recognizing the title as valid, BMW of Rockville decided they wanted a "clean" title after they already had possession of the vehicle, the title, and a deposit. They put considerable pressure on me to get them a DC title in my name before they would release my deposit. BMW corporate, NJ DMV, MD DVA, and DC DMV all expressed surprise I was being told it was my problem to fix. It ended up costing me $300 to get them a title they would accept. I still don't have my money back. When I filed a complaint with the BBB about this practice the sales manager said I don't know what I'm talking about despite the fact no one else I've talked to agrees this needed to be done this way. Additionally, throughout this process and BMW of Rockville's changing guidance, they refused to put most of this in writing and routinely ducked my phone calls to the Sales Manager. Now they claim they were clear from the beginning even though they told me it was not an issue during the sale. Once they had my signature, they made all this my problem. Totally dishonest way of doing business just to avoid doing any paperwork on their end. More

I went in to Rockville BMW to test drive a car I saw on-line. I called and was told to ask for Rhashaad Winford. I met Rhashaad and the car was all ready to go sitting out front. Rhashaad was extremely knowledgeable about the intricacies of the M5. I picked up what I could in the short time spent in the car. I told Rhashaad I had to get back to work and didn't have time to discuss price or financing. He said call when you can. The no-pressure approach was greatly appreciated. Over the next week we stayed in touch while I was looking at other cars. He always got right back to me with any questions I had. He sent over a couple of quotes and we were able to make a deal from my desk. Rhashaad is a consummate professional and Rockville BMW is lucky to have him. I would recommend Rhashaad and the dealership to anyone. More
