I had to call them to get an update on my car a day and a half later because I never got call from them giving me status of my vehicle, even though I was told the car would be done no later than 2 days, now it is going to be 5 days. They do not value customer satisfaction/opinions. Went in and told them the front dash speaker needed to be replaced because it was blown and they snuck in on the paper work a $150 diagnosis fee just to repeat back to me what I said. Even after all the complaints to the service manager they still are unwilling to drop the diagnosis fee, I still don't have my car or know when it will be done, and I don't have the repair cost yet after 2 days. This place is terrible and I will not be bringing my car back again. Although, I am sure they do not care anyways because customer satisfaction is not their priority. More

It was time for maintenance so I went to drop it off at dealership. While I was waiting I decided to look at the newer vehicles in the showroom. The new X7 caught my eye and I wanted to get some information. Rahshaad was very knowledgeable about the new SUV and answered all my questions. We went for a test drive and he showed me all the new features and options he thought I would really like. After the test drive, I knew i wanted to purchase the X7. Rahshaad made my purchase quick and easy and I was out the door in no time. I will definitely recommend our friends to him and would buy another BMW from him in the future! More

I met Emmitt br As I left the dealer with my new car, my salesman Armand Amany told me to take advantage of a "genius appointment" with Emmitt Green. I met Emmitt briefly to set up the appointment. He suggested I drive the car for 10 days to 2 weeks and then return for the appointment. We agreed to a time. I drove the car, a new 330e. I found the computer system and controls intuitive, the manual accessible, and the BMW Genius app informative. I doubted I really needed to come back for the appointment. I am glad I did! Emmitt was a wealth of information and I learned that I could customize the car more than I ever thought--even the ride. II wanted a sporty feel in the chassis rather than a more "comfortable" ride, a one-button setting would do that for me. Or, I could set what one would normally think of as a radio button as a command to call my husband on the phone. All told, I took about one hour and forty-five minutes of Emmitt's time (I think that this is more than double what most people do). He was a terrific teacher. I am so pleased with my new BMW! More
