Then they sold us 6 year extended maintenance, without saying that the clock on that started the day the car went into service, three years before we bought it! It was super easy to make the appointment, I was quickly greeted and my service advisor (Joy Chilcoat) listened to why I brought my car in and suggested additional work I did not consider or know should be done. She looked out for the best of my car and me. My car was completed before the agreed upon time. Joy ordered an Uber for me to my office and ordered another one when I was ready to pick up my car. An ultimate shopping "accident" I recently had an appointment with Maria to discuss the possibility of purchasing a new car. My main interest is in M cars. After discussing the cur I recently had an appointment with Maria to discuss the possibility of purchasing a new car. My main interest is in M cars. After discussing the current M3 & M4 cars I decided to trade in my 2011 M3. In my mind there were sufficient advances in the technology of the current M4 to seriously consider purchasing it. Maria's excellent product knowledge helped me go from maybe to yes. I live close to the dealership & she let me drive the M4 to my house to check to see if the car would be able to negotiate my steep driveway leading to the garage. It had sufficient ground clearance so I completed the deal & I am now the owner of a 2019 M4 CS. Maria, many thanks for your assistance. More
Unexpected shut down First I never leave reviews ever but, Julia went out of her way to make sure my car was fixed and I was satisfied. My car slowed and then stopped while driving home it gave me a drivetrain malfunction warning. The car stopped I restarted it and drove it home barely switching to manual. Went on the BMW site to make an appointment I had to pick a day that I knew I could take it with no traffic since I am almost 40 miles away. So I did and setup my service repair date for almost a week away. A few hours later Julia called wondering why I was not able to get it in sooner I explained about having to make sure it was a light traffic time and she told me to contact BMW roadside assistance to have it towed and she would look at it the next day. I did and then 40 mons later they were at my house taking my car later Julia called to let me know the car made it and she had a loaner for me. I told her I would not need one if it was just a couple of days. Julia then kept in constant contact with me letting me know what was going on and when it would be ready they even kept it after the repair to do another test drive to make sure it was fixed completely. She called told me it was ready and I her I would be by the next day to get it I picked up my car then had to make several stops on my way to.e when Julia called me agan to make sure I was hay and every was working since I live so far away. I have owned Lincoln, Mercedes, Hondas and many other cars but this was my first BMW. I am now a BMW from now on. I have never had this much attention or great service from any of the other dealers I have worked with. So if you need any type of service ask for Julia you won't go wrong. Elvis More

I am an impatient person and found the dealership finance people short on efficiency, loquacious, wasted my time. They were at least reasonably thorough. I felt the sales rep had no control over this. More
Multi-Point Inspection is a fraud. Took my car in for regular maintenance. The day before I took my car in, i started hearing a metal clicking noise on the front left driver wheel. I to Took my car in for regular maintenance. The day before I took my car in, i started hearing a metal clicking noise on the front left driver wheel. I told the Service Rep and he confirms that they will check it out during the multi-point inspection and let me know what i needed. Car came back with their fraudulent multi-fraud inspection form stating that everything is fine. When I asked the Service Rep about the noise, he told me I have to pay $159 for diagnostic fee. It was my first time to that dealer and will be my last. Entire service sucks. I had more to complain about but I'll leave it for the next customer. More
