Being near the end of the month, they threw in the added incentive of paying off the last two months of my current lease without me even pressing them too. Brad Paris was especially helpful, and even gave my wife flowers at the end! Maryanne was quick to respond to my request for more information, and Matthew was pleasant to work with as well.
