Jason Anderegg was the client advisor who guided me through the arduous process of finding that right vehicle. Jason made finding that ideal vehicle a very transparent and surprisingly pleasant experience. He was very knowledgeable on the various product lines and on the rare occasion when he did not have an answer to my question, he was forthright which I appreciated, yet he was able to promptly get the answer to that one elusive question. For many, purchasing a car is a very personal experience and despite Jason fielding probably the same questions hundreds of time a week, I was never made to feel like I was wasting his time. I was treated as a valued customer. As a testament and example of Jason's commitment to his customers, he was prompt in returning my many phone calls and even accommodated the few impromptu visits to the showroom...visits that probably either conflicted or even pressed his schedule for that day, but for Jason...his commitment to his customers was very apparent to me. The BMW product line is second to none, but what is even rarer than a BMW i8 is a client advisor like Jason who treats you as if he was dealing with his own family members. Where my past experiences with other car sales associates made me feel like I was twisting in the wind during and after the purchase, Jason's commitment to his customers does not end with the purchase of the vehicle.
