I was greeted by Tonya Murray, who was very friendly but more important, very professional on her approach. She asked me about my specific needs, listened very carefully so as to provide me with a series of options in terms of the models and corresponding features available, together with the pricing of those. Once I decided on an specific model, Tonya was very diligent in getting and delivering as she promised. She was also very helpful in getting me a good financial plan to lease the vehicle. Needless to say, the customer service that I received from Tonya Murray had nothing to do with the way I had been treated at other dealerships. In sum, my experience with Tonya was very pleasant. and more to the point, efficient as well as very satisfactory in terms of the car selection, the financing, up to the actual delivery. More
