A truly pleasurable experience Purchasing a new/used vehicle can be a quite intimidating task, but not at BMW of Rochester Hills. The entire staff goes out if their way to make you Purchasing a new/used vehicle can be a quite intimidating task, but not at BMW of Rochester Hills. The entire staff goes out if their way to make you feel comfortable. During my experience, i had to interact with almost every division in the dealership. Here is what i discovered. 1. The used car manager (Scott) treaed me fairly and was honest, thorough and detailed about what my trade in would bring. 2. In the service aisle, Mike treated me like i was family. He got my vehicle ready for me quickly and it was absolutely immaculate. He took extra time to review future service options with me and made sure everything was perfect on my vehicle. 3. David, in finance, had all of the paperwork ready and waiting for me when it was time to sign. He was professional and detailed making sure that each document was correct and complete. 4. --I saved the best for last-- My sales associate (Jason) was delightful to deal with. There was absolutely no "high pressure" tactics or gimmicks. He knew everything about what he was selling me, and he let the product speak for itself. He got me a good price on my unit and put the entire transaction together -start to finish- in under three hours TOTAL TIME. Overall it was an incredible experience and you have gained a customer for life. Thank you!! More

Before talking about money, she specifically asked about what am I looking in my car. This was the best start, she was not looking to sell me a product, her interest was to find a right car for me. On the test drive she explained me car features thoroughly and answered all of my queries. I was completely unaware of corporate fleet programs at BMW, Tonya explained me the same and helped me find a good deal with it. BMW of Rochester Hills surely made my car leasing experience worth.
