At the time I was cross-shopping a similarly priced A4 and C-Class. I was immediately greeted by Brad Paris, who was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable about BMW and competing brands. We took a test drive and I was hooked. He explained all the little nuances of the car and I was impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. We talked numbers a bit and made a deal. I scheduled delivery for a few days later and drove off happy in my coupe. I'll definitely be back to BMW of Rochester Hills for the future vehicle needs of myself and my family. More
