Thank you for making my decision I bought my first BMW (2006 BMW 325i) from this dealer back in the day. When it was time to replace my lease (2015 Jeep Cherokee) I stopped by 3 times from Thanksgiving to New Year's and finally picked up the perfect X1 with Dave's help. He was very professional and didn't bug me daily like the MB and Cadillac dealers did (even they sent me automated emails right after Christmas at 6:00AM and called through many different phones and automated devices). Without minimizing their professionalism, they make you feel comfortable and respected. Tonya knowledge about the vehicle was very thorough and she could answer any question we asked. Even when we had some questions about the lease rate, the sales manager was glad to address them in a way that recognized the legitimacy of the requests and responded in a very business-like but cordial manner. I worked for Chrysler for 29 years and was CIO of Chrysler Financial from 1989 to 1997, so I am very familiar with US Dealers and their practices.
