Good overall experience BMW of Rochester Hills advertises its used automobiles on the Internet and that is how I learned of the vehicle I was seeking. I phoned Erick G. and BMW of Rochester Hills advertises its used automobiles on the Internet and that is how I learned of the vehicle I was seeking. I phoned Erick G. and he answered several questions and invited me to visit. I did so two days later and the vehicle I sought and ultimately purchased was available. The vehicle was well detailed and was presented professionally. The dealership was clean and the premises attractive. I was present on a Saturday and that might have been less than ideal because it was a busy day and a few other potential customers were also there. However, the staff in general and Erick in particular gave me personal attention and made the experience pleasant overall. Any negatives? Quite a long wait to finalize the paperwork, again due to the number of customers. However, the dealership found very attractive financing in-house and had high-tech office equipment. During the wait, refreshments (scones, coffee, pop) were offered and very good. How about my actual vehicle? Smart cars are low-market compared to BMWs and my purchase was one of the least lucrative to the dealership. However, I was treated well nevertheless. The car has a few minor flaws but considering age and price certainly offered value. I rejected several other dealerships at the Internet level because they were not as competitive. The dealership also filled the vehicle tank with premium gasoline, no charge, at the time of delivery -- a nice gesture that also saved me a few dollars. More

I was not planning on obtaining a vehicle during that initial visit, but before I left I had leased a new X3.
