(I know this because I actually did a 5 state search myself) Brad worked very hard to find the exact car I wanted and get it up to the dealership. He didn't try to get me to change my requirements or switch to another model. I really appreciate his effort and diligence. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. Brad Paris is knowledgeable and could give me the differences and similarities between my 2007 BMW wagon trade in and the 2015 X1 that I purchased. I wanted a better interest rate, but it seems BMW Financial Services is not as flexible as I had hoped. Brad worked for me and knows how to listen. All employees treated me with respect. More

I purchased from out of state so this was not a "normal" transaction, but the folks at BMW of Frank and the rest of the team I dealt with were great.
