Painless Process I have not purchased a vehicle in over 11 years so the thought of having to purchase a new vehicle was overwhelming and going to be painful. My husband and I had test drove a lot of cars and our favorite hands down was the X5. We walked into the BMW of Rochester dealership and were immediately greeted by Brad Paris. We test drove the car again and asked a lot of questions which Brad answered with ease and added a lot to the conversation about things we didn't think about or know about a BMW. He was extremely patient with me due to my lack of knowledge. The financing manager (David deHaan) provided us with very detailed information about the warranties, which allowed us to make informed decisions on which warranties made the most sense for us. We spent a lot of time at the dealership that day and I felt completely comfortable even after the extensive training on all the features in my X5. The purchase of the X5 was painless and I attribute most of that to how Brad dealt with my husband and I. We will be in the market for a second car in the next year or two and we definitely will be reaching out to Brad again due to the first experience we had at the BMW of Rochester dealership. I will also be recommending both Brad, David and the dealership to friends and family. More

This was only the second dealership I visited, and I was planning on looking at a few other dealerships and vehicles, but I could not pass up the amazing service and deal that was brought to the table. I was looking for a particular car listed online that unfortunately sold the previous week. However, Sammi was able to give me an even better vehicle and deal than the original "service loaner" car I was initially interested in. I walked out that day as a new owner of a brand new BMW. He was able to give me a decent offer on my trade in, and he gave me a thorough tour and explanation of how to operate the vehicle, service details, warranty, and has contacted me a couple times to make sure everything has been going well since the purchase.
