I am extremely disappointed with going in for service. The application and the website said my oil change was free. Once I was at the dealership I was told I had to pay$270. I also have an issue with why I am getting an oil change after I recently purchased the car in mid July, the vehicle should have came with an oil change. More

I live in Wayne NJ i drive 35 minutes to get to Ramsey Dealership instead of driving 5 - 10mins to the nearest BMW dealership.
