So when he handed me his card, I looked up my contacts on my I-phone and there he was from over a decade ago. There is a reason why I kept his contact. He is the best service representative I had back then and I have him again. Jeff was very thorough. I came prepared with issues. He had already flagged them before I even began going down my list. I knew then that I had the right rep. When he handed me his card at the end and I recognized him in my contacts, I ABSOLUTELY knew I had the right rep. When Jeff says he will call on a specific date and time, there he is. You can set your watch by Jeff's commitment to customer service. TOOK IN MY 2012 BMW X5 IN TODAY FOR SERVICE. WAS REALLY TOOK IN MY 2012 BMW X5 IN TODAY FOR SERVICE. WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED. IT TOOK 20 MINS UNTIL I WAS FINALLY GREETED BY A SERVICE ADVISER (MIKE ESPOS TOOK IN MY 2012 BMW X5 IN TODAY FOR SERVICE. WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED. IT TOOK 20 MINS UNTIL I WAS FINALLY GREETED BY A SERVICE ADVISER (MIKE ESPOSITO). AFTER MEETING ME, IT TOOK HIM ANOTHER 20 MINS TO BEGIN MY PAPERWORK. THEN HE COMES AND TELLS ME HIS BOSS, THE F AND I MANAGER (FRANK NOLAN) SAID THAT MY VEHICLE CANNOT BE REPAIRED. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO HIS BOSS, THE F AND I MANAGER. AFTER WAITING ANOTHER 15 MINS, HE COMES BACK AND EXPLAINS TO ME THAT I MUST GO AND TALK TO HIM AND THAT HE DOES NOT WANT TO COME SEE ME. SO I GET ANGRY AND GET UP AND GO TALK TO HIM. I SPEAK WITH FRANK NOLAN, WHICH ACCORDING TO HIM, HE IS NOT THE F AND I MANAGER. HE EXPLAINED TO ME THAT THE F AND I MANAGER HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH SERVICE. SO THE SERVICE ADVISER LIED TO ME. FRANK NOLAN SAID THAT HE WILL NOT REPAIR MY VEHICLE. HE SAID THAT WE CHOOSE WHICH CUSTOMERS THAT WE REPAIR THEIR CARS AND HE DOES NOT WANT TO REPAIR ANY CAR FOR ME. HE BECAME VERY LOUD AND RUDE TO ME AND STARTED TO CURSE AT ME. I COULD NOT BELIEVE THIS SERVICE I WAS GETTING. I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW PRESTIGE MOTORS ACTUALLY HIRED SOMEBODY LIKE THAT. FRANK NOLAN IS A DISRESPECTFUL REPRESENTATIVE AND IS TREATING BMW'S CUSTOMERS HORRIBLY. HE HAS A VERY BAD ATTITUDE AND DOES NOT CARE WHO HE IS SPEAKING TO. HE CLEARLY SAID TO ME THAT HE DOES NOT WANT MY BUSINESS AND THAT HE DOESN'T CARE WHAT I DO. HE ALSO EXPLAINS TO ME THAT HE IS THE OWNER OF PRESTIGE BMW AS IT IS PRIVATELY OWNED.THAT IS A LIE. I HAD WITNESSES THERE AS WELL AS OTHER CUSTOMER JUST STARING AT US AND LISTENING TO THE WHOLE CONVERSATION. THEY WERE ALL GAZING AT WHAT FRANK NOLAN WAS YELLING AT ME. I HAVE BEEN VERY DISRESPECTED BY THIS REPRESENTATIVE AND PRESTIGE BMW AND AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED FROM THAT BUSINESS. I WILL ALSO REPORT THIS MATTER TO THE NEW JERSEY DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES. FOR THE RECORD, MY VEHICLE IS UNDER BMW WARRANTY UP TO 100K AND STILL IS VALID AS THEY HAVE SEEN ON THEIR REPORT. More

To me Maria represents what I hope to find at a service center provider but rarely do. Someone who cares about her job and your needs and tries to resolve both in a fair and professional manner. The question above about price game me pause because a category is missing - fair. the price is fair. It isn't great, $2,200 isn't great, but it is fair for what's provided. Maria was patient, answered all my questions and most important, resolved my "issues" in a fair and productive manner which I truly appreciate. I liked Jeff Cicero as well because he, like Maria, followed through and did what they said they would do. More
