Beware Promise of Loaner Car This BMW service center used to have wonderful service. They would get you in and out really fast. Something has changed, and not for the better. While it has been about a year since I last went there, I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance in order to be assured a loaner car. After waiting a half hour for the service representative, I waited another half hour to be told there was no BMW loaner and instead was offered a Ford, Nissan or Chevy--none of which I could drive comfortably! All in all, I was at the service center for an hour and half, only to ask for my car back. They need to go back to the days when customers were able to get in and out with minimal time and be better prepared to service those that they have promised a car to. Currently, service is TERRIBLE when it comes to making people wait! More

The BMW dealership i purchased from told me to take it to any dealership I want near me and they will pick up the cost of the repair. There was also a clip missing below the car which needed to be fixed So I went an hour out of my way to bring my newly purchased 1 series BMW to Prestige BMW, since all my friends raved about what a great dealership it was. I made an appointment for and got there at 8:30am. My car was taken in at 9:00am. At around 10:30am, the mechanic took me for a test drive to narrow down on the issue. After he figured it out, I got dropped back off at the waiting area. I waited till 12:30am, to be told that they had to order the part to fix it, and to come back on Monday morning 8am to get it fixed. So you are telling me, it took you 3.5 hours to tell me that you had to order a part, and wash my car? When I complained about the time I waited, he showed me a paper that the car was entered into the system at around 10:10am, so it took him over an hour to enter in the system that I had brought my car in. And I have to take time off Monday again to get my car fixed again? Okay, fine. On Monday, seeing as to how they were inconsiderate of my time the last time I was there, I decided to call at 8am to make sure the part was there before driving for an hour to get it fixed. The service center receptionist says the person who assisted me is busy with another customer, and she will get him my message, and he will call me back. At 10:30, having gotten no call, I call back. Receptionist says she remembers my call, and she got him my message, and he should be calling me back any time now. 2:30pm, 6.5 hours later, still no call. I call again, and the receptionist says hold on, she will get me my service person on the line. While on hold, it was quite ironic to hear the recorded message repeatedly tell me how awesome of a service I will get at this dealership. Finally, got him on the line. He says bring the car in, and we will fix it within an hour. Great! I had to call 3 times just to get this done. Anyways, I tell work I need to step away for a few hours, get on the road, and bring my car into the dealership. I get in, within an hour he tells me my car is ready and its good to go. I'm excited, finally got the darn thing fixed. I get on the road, drive a few minutes, and what do you know: I still hear wind noise in my car cabin. I would have turned around and taken my car back right there, but I have a job which I need to keep if I want to keep driving my BMW. Seeing these amazing reviews, my experience must be an anomaly. My overall experience at this dealership sucked. The only reason I did not give them 1 star is because they fixed that missing clip for free, and their waiting area is great. More

Excellent Service Advisor and the Reason I chose Prestige My local BMW dealership is just down the road from my house and is only a 3 minutes drive. Jeff is an excellent service advisor, extremely trustworthy and reliable, very committed to ensuring that your car gets the attention that it deserves and that any service work is done without cutting any corners, timely, and completely and in full. Jeff goes above and beyond in ensuring that your car gets the best care and in providing you excellent customer service. Jeff is also very knowledgeable about BMW. I highly recommend Jeff as he is a gem of a person and truly cares about getting you the best experience at Prestige BMW. I have NEVER written an online review and this is my first online review. People like Jeff are very rare in this industry. Also, it is because of Jeff that my brother is now buying his new BMW from Prestige when both our local BMW dealership is only a 3 minutes drive. I live in Queens,NY and when I got a flat tire and was not able to go to Prestige in NJ, I took it to a different service center and my experience was not so great, since that experience I enjoy driving all the way to NJ to service my car. Its worth the drive and the people are very friendly and treat us well!! I was referred by my cousin who has already purchased 3 vehicles and also 3 other family members have purchase their current vehicle and we all have been very satisfied. Great Job!!!
