When it seemed like we would receive no helpful resolution, no assistance and leave unsatisfied with a very negative impression after patronizing Prestige since 2007, Frank Nolan called and within 10 minutes he resolved the issue, going well beyond what we expected. He and his staff were beyond helpful, and truly demonstrated Prestige's commitment to caring for their customers. They arranged to transport my car to their service center, left me with a wonderful, BMW loaner car, and after completing the service arranged for my car to be delivered to my home. Frank, and his staff, are the reason my family has dealt exclusively with Prestige, passing another BMW dealership less than 10 minutes from my house. Frank exceeding our expectations is the reason we have and will continue to highly recommend Prestige to our friends and co-workers. Thank you very much, Frank-- and your staff. More

I was fortunate that the person i was supposed to meet was with another customer and the dealership introduced me to Frank Marsiglio Jr. Frank Marsiglio Jr. is a young man who has problem solving skills. It is the simple things that have many scratching their heads, while one person takes a minute and thinks things through. My front plate cover had been removed from my new car during cleaning. The replacement given to me was for another X5, but a different model. Mike Prodromides, who is a careful foreman, put the car up on the lift to make sure he did it right, but the screws did not match up. Frank Marsiglio looked at it and said it looked smaller and maybe the wrong plate cover. He was right. People like Frank who take a step back, examine the situation by taking a few extra minutes, save you a lot of time in the long run. And give you a great result. More

Out of warranty customer For one when you are under warranty they try to repair as little as possible and always have an alternate excuse to the problems you explain to them, For one when you are under warranty they try to repair as little as possible and always have an alternate excuse to the problems you explain to them, but out of warranty the prices are sky high, 180 to plug a odb comp in your car to scan for problems, $40 any other place for a diag, also i picked my vehicle up today from them, none of the fluids were topped off like manhattan bmw does or ray catena bmw does, they also were gonna let me drive off with a airless tire sitting on the rim??? What kind of customer care is this, they have not once tried to work prices, i had repeated problems with the headlights going out of balance during warranty they replaced it 8 times, now when i mention my headlights they do not take into consideration the amount of problems i had from the get with the lights and want to charge an arm and a leg for replacement of something that should have been taken care of. Long story short if you are out of warranty expect your wallet to be xxxxx with complete ruthlessness. Dealing with prestige bmw service has made my ownership of this vehicle a living xxxx and will never recommend another person to buy bmw. More

My husband and I both bought BMWs at around the same time and they call me when his is ready and him when mine is ready. Every time they update his record, it erases my information. Every time they claim they update mine, it erases his information. They take forever to service the vehicle. Promised turn around times are never kept - and things seem to take longer than necessary. And I also don't like the way my car drives (been told it's normal), and some of the standard features in the car are just plain dumb. And, this is not my first bad experience with horrible customer service from a Prestige family dealership either. I will never purchase a vehicle from a Prestige family of dealerships again. While everyone here is super nice (which wasn't the case at the other dealership), they just can't seem to get it right. I never had these problems with several other non-Prestige dealerships in the area for other vehicles. More

My friend who is an ex-long time Prestige employee, dropped the car off for so I have spent over USD 30,000 in Dinan work at the Prestige dealership. My friend who is an ex-long time Prestige employee, dropped the car off for some recall work. The service manager CLAY VIENI gave her such a hard time and treated her very poorly. There is just no reason for any service provider to treat their customers like that. Car dealerships make a lot of money from their service business and should treat their clients with more respect.
