Having to drop off your car can sometimes be a pain so when Diana ajways greets me with a smile and is so professional I leave feeling better than when I came in. She follows up, has a strong focus on customer experience, professional and just an overall represents your brand extremely well. You are lucky to have her. Take care of her!! Repair that caused more breakdown Second review, brought my car in around may for a transmission fault (ended up being a smg pump relay) replaced it through them the car ran fine for a Second review, brought my car in around may for a transmission fault (ended up being a smg pump relay) replaced it through them the car ran fine for about 3 days then the same exact symptoms and transmission fault appeared but worse when i went back for them to correct whatever mistake they made it took them one week and a few days just to "diagnose" now its a $2200 repair so i decided to get not one not two but 4 diff diag's one from paul miller bmw the rest from independent shops owned by ex bmw master techs anyway what the other shops said was that whatever tech installed my relay installed it incorrectly, long story short i brought my car in for a repair only to get additional problems with my car doesnt seem fair this place has been a nightmare for me, you figure you bring your vehicle in for a repair its a done deal but i guess with prestige they want you to keep replacing more and more parts especially if you're a customer who speaks up. More

They have tried to cheat us before by trying to make us pay thousands of dollars in maintenance for something that should have been covered by warranty. They are shady lying awful people. Avoid this dealership t all costs. More

"The Ultimate Service Machine!" I bought my 5-series from Prestige BMW and have serviced it there ever since. Although there are several other BMW Service Centers much closer to my house, it is worth traveling the extra distance to have peace-of-mind that things will be properly repaired the first time, as they have always been thus far. On my recent visit, Jeff Cicero went above-and-beyond to ensure that service issues were resolved to my satisfaction. He was prompt, courteous and always kept me abreast of the status of my vehicle. A shining example of how the Prestige Service Dept. keeps the "Ultimate Driving Machine" in tiptop shape! More
