Is anyone listening? I took a day off from work and brought my car in for service as I am approaching 49K miles and the warranty runs out at 50K. I was told by the servic I took a day off from work and brought my car in for service as I am approaching 49K miles and the warranty runs out at 50K. I was told by the service technician that I would need to drive another 60 miles and bring the car back before they can authorize replacement of plugs and an oil change. I left numerous messages for dealership management to discuss and have received no call backs. You just lost a customer Prestige. More

Total neglect of customers and their time I've just had very bad experience with Prestige BMW service department. After leaving my car for a service I was completely neglected. Called few time I've just had very bad experience with Prestige BMW service department. After leaving my car for a service I was completely neglected. Called few times and left messages, chatted online asking for a contact - nothing worked. I was left without the car for Thanksgiving and without any explanations whatsoever. After Thanksgiving it took several more calls to finally speak with my service representative - Diana. Then it took 20 min of waiting till car was finally available for pickup after being 'ready' for one hour. Overall very bad experience, chaotic service, total negligence of customers and waste of time. More

From the moment I pulled into Prestige's immaculate service facility, as always, I am greeted with such gracious attitudes and just an incredible willingness from the entire staff to assist in whatever it is I am there for. Christopher welcomed me with one of the greatest demeanors one could ever hope for in visiting a service facility. And, having the ability to have one feel as though they have known you their entire life, is truly an invaluable gift. My servive experience was streamlined like none other and I was in my loaner vehicle and back on the road within records time. Thank you, Chris! More

My service advisor was Christopher Sampieri (I am not sure why he is not listed in the employee list), and I have to say he is in my top 3 service advisor list. He was so kind and considerate. I went in for my headlight auto leveling system fault and oil change. My headlight problem is unresolved due to the cost and since this is an impact damage my insurance may cover it so I will run it through my insurance. Despite the remaining issue and the cost which is not under the SA's control, my experience with them have been so far very nice. More
