Earned My Business I dealt with Diana Martinez when I had problems with a tire and needed service. She took care of everything and then when I had to go back a few week I dealt with Diana Martinez when I had problems with a tire and needed service. She took care of everything and then when I had to go back a few weeks later for a different tire issue - Cameron was fantastic in getting me out in under 2 hours for a service, tire change, inspection and car wash. I am with BMW of Springfield now but I won't be shopping around because of the service and convenience I experienced the past 2 times at this dealer. More

She is thoroughly familiar with all aspects of the car's systems and is able to explain even a complex problem in terms that are easily understandable. Vehicle pick up Everything was excellent! Only problem was picking up my vehicle. I was told it was ready, waited 20 minutes for it, still no car. Asked a rep wher Everything was excellent! Asked a rep where it was, and she pointed out various cars in the garage asking if any were mine. Finally, parked at the end, flashers on, my car was parked. It was difficult backing out and finding my way out. A better system is needed when car's are ready to pick up. Otherwise the reps, and the service is impeccable!! More

When I first arrived she reviewed why I was there and in an effort to avoid future unnecessary problems took her time while asking questions about the overall performance of my car. She explained the process, gave me an apporximate time that the service would be completed and kept me up to date of the progress while I waited. Every dealership boasts of friendly professional service but this is the first time I experienced it. I live in New York so there are a several BMW service centers closer but because of the confidence that I'll be treated right at Prestige I'd rather take the extra time. More

I have no clue what that meant. The car was also not washed for the same reason. In addition I wasn’t as comfortable as I normally am. The employees all seemed to be a little stressed. They were still professional but not as “nice” as they usually are. I felt the service I got was adequate but I left with an uneasy feeling. More

She is the main reason I drive 20+ miles to have my BMW serviced at Prestige when I could easily go to the BMW dealer in my town (2.5 miles away) or another dealership which is only 8 miles away. In addition, the shop foreman, Chris Rey, is always super-helpful and willing to go on a road test with you so you can point out any problems you may be experiencing. More
