They are responsive, attentive and always pleasant. I highly recommend the service department at Prestige. We have been going there with my daughters car for 6 years and although I have had issues with I highly recommend the service department at Prestige. We looked into using a dealer closer to where she goes to school and one very short conversation later I was back on the phone with Prestige (Anna). More

Service needs to improve The service needs to improve. I was given a loaner with a bubble in the tire. I called on Sat and no one got back to me, not even a return call. I didn’t dare drive it to the city for errands. I’m happy I got my car back, but three loaners since Thursday. Customer service is key and the keys are falling off the ring. My service advisor was very kind and she made it better, but the last time I was there it was not good and I thought this time it will be like when we purchased the car. We were treated like royalty. First service the same. Then after that it’s been spiraling down. We had a service appointment and when the gentleman drove my car up I sat in and noticed all tires were low. Why would you return a car that way. It’s all about the customer service. More

Great and disappointed Miss Deluca was great! Very much on the ball. Although, with regards to the persons who worked on the car, not as good as Cara! I had my car detail Miss Deluca was great! 3 time loser Service! First let me start off by saying the only reason I am rating this service department 2 stars in stead of 1. Is due to my actual service advisor, Camer First let me start off by saying the only reason I am rating this service department 2 stars in stead of 1. Is due to my actual service advisor, Cameron, he really did take charge, accept responsibility for repairs he physically didn't do himself and helped to xxxxx the situation. He was informative, personable, and had great communication skills. My first of 3 visits to get my issue fixed was great. I pulled into the garage and before i got my second leg out of my vehicle Cameron was greeting me and getting me settled. I was supposed to be waiting but service ended up to be a warranty issue added to my current service that i was in for. I left, came back, picked my vehicle up went home. On my ride home found the steering wasn't straight, a lug stud not in one of my wheels and loose panels under the hood of my vehicle. My second visit, I was greeted by the parking attendant. Was told to proceed inside and take a seat. I waited a while, than watched all the service advisors talk and carry about about their weekend. Walk around. Until finally close to about a half hour later, I was greeted and was on my way to get my next loaner and left. MAYBE ITS BECAUSE IM NOT IN A SUIT AND TIE LIKE THE OTHER PEOPLE THAT WERE WALKING AROUND. OR MAYBE BECAUSE IM A YOUNG MALE! While i was home, i had no update on my cars status, i contacted the advisor in afternoon where my advisor said the car would be ready that night, she would be calling me shortly to discuss my vehicle. Never received a call! Decided to wait until the following day due to not knowing if i would have been waisting a trip or not. Following day I received a call from my original advisor stating my vehicle is ready to pickup. I pick up drive out onto 17, alignment still not straight. I return back to the dealership, ask to speak with the manager of service. The same guy who was talking about his weekend to another guy while i was on the other side of the glass from him ends up having to call the shop foreman who i take on drive with me, and immediatley as we proceed on rt17 can tell what the issue is. We return back to the dealership, he asks if i have about 20 minutes so he can personally fix the issue. Which finally, this time we take another test drive and its finally as straight as an arrow. Luckily, I can work from anywhere, otherwise i would not have had all the time in the world for them to fix an issue that should have been fixed on one visit. I did speak with the GM. I addressed my issues with him. Made him aware just what is taking place in his service department. He assured me things would be changing. I hope so, because you've lost my business. And by the service manager asking me to remove my fb review post on their page. because of "helping me out" by not changing me for fixing bent wheels. a total of $500+ dollars. This isn't about money. This is about treating customers correctly and doing the right repairs in the 1st place so people aren't wasting time by traveling there 3 times to get a repair done that could have been completed in the first place. I already spent $2300, another $500 wouldn't kill me, as long as i knew my vehicle would have been serviced correctly. More
