Tire problems not found in regular maintenance I brought my 535i for a regular maintenance on March 10th. I asked the receptionist to check the tire conditions as I had experienced many potholes t I brought my 535i for a regular maintenance on March 10th. I asked the receptionist to check the tire conditions as I had experienced many potholes this winter. By this time I was a bit concerned about the passenger rear tire as I had to refill it every week. The result of the inspection was no problems found. And yet, after this maintenance, I realized that the passenger rear tire was still losing air. So I brought it back to the Service on March 24th to ask them to specifically check the passenger rear tire. Then they said they found a nail on the tire and found a bubble on a passenger front tire. I had not fallen in potholes since the last maintenance, and I asked why they could not find those problems at the regular maintenance. The service receptionist's response was "I don't know why." This was an unexpected response and all of a sudden a big question came to my mind about the quality of their maintenance. Eventually, I asked them to replace both tires, which they said could be done in 90 mins max, but it took 3 hours. I really hope that their quality and routines of services will be sincerely reviewed. More

I drove to Prestige and walked downstairs and went up to Cara DeLuca, service advisor. I also needed the 15,000 mile service. Cara asked me if I could wait and I said I will get a ride home. Cara always with a smile helped me out about a month ago too when my vehicle needed oil.. I lease 2 cars from the dealership and the service Cara provides will keep me coming back. I have my own company for years and the service I receive at your dealership is the exact same service I expect from my employees to my customers. My vehicle was ready when Cara promised and the X6 runs perfectly.. Please thank Cara for me again... More
