Paid for service - received car with broken parts Paid for oil service & received vehicle with intake tube broken in 2 parts. I was not notified of the damaged done by the mechanic & had to return to Paid for oil service & received vehicle with intake tube broken in 2 parts. I was not notified of the damaged done by the mechanic & had to return to the dealer as the noise was terrible. Will not recommend for you to use their service as I paid for service and vehicle was returned with damaged parts. No explanation provided. Poor customer service. Please check your car when service is complete. More
Work not done I had reported on the problem with the rare tire from the first month of acquiring the car. I’ve been told that the cold weather was an issue for changing tire pressure. When it happened the third time I made an appointment with the dealership to check it up. The tire was not fixed because I didn’t have tire protection insurance and nobody could get a hold on a sales rep to authorize the repair for the pre-sale defect. In addition, when I picked up the car in few days the problematic tire was pumped above required level 120%. There was a storm blizzard that day, and I had to drive that car with unbalances tires home for 15 miles, which was pretty dangerous considering road conditions that day. More

I generally like their service center and in almost all instances I was 100% satisfied of the way they are doing things around there. This visit took somewhat longer than I have anticipated though: almost 4 hours to replace 4 tires. In the past, similar work lasted around 2 hours IIRC More
