Tire change came in on a Saturday without an appointment. I wanted the tires checked and ended up getting one changed and all wheels balanced and aligned. All services requests not performed I dropped my car off for the break pads to be replaced and requested the carpets to be cleaned. I pay extra every month to have this service and I have not yet had this done since I leased the car. I had a loaner and I got a text that my car was ready. When I went to pick up my car, I noticed on work order that carpets where not cleaned- it stated needs appointment/not enough time? I asked service Rep and he said wait to see once I got car back, it was never done. I am unclear why they didn't keep car for whatever time it would have taken to complete all requested work? I did not go back inside to let John know that the service was not completed as stated on the work order. I pulled away, with my dirty carpets More

Her "whatever it takes to make you happy that you chose Presitge for Cara consistantly goes to extraordinary lengths to ensure customer satisfaction. Her "whatever it takes to make you happy that you chose Presitge for your service" is what makes me drive to this dealership from New York. On my recent visit I mentioned that I wasn't getting voice prompts from the waze app on my iphone and she stayed with the problem until it was resolved to my satisfaction even though I was there for a completely different issue. I have been to a good number of car service centers and have never seen anyone this committed. All I can say is bravo and thank you Cara. More
