Don't leave anything in your loaner or they will steal it! This is my second visit to the Prestige BMW dealer for service and most likely my last! Previously I had used Tenafly BMW for this car and Paul Miller This is my second visit to the Prestige BMW dealer for service and most likely my last! Previously I had used Tenafly BMW for this car and Paul Miller BMW for my old car. I decided to give Prestige a try because they send me a lot of marketing material and they are closer to my house. I feel that when you own a luxury car, your service and personal care should be handled with a level above those at a Honda or Toyota dealership. From my experience, the Paul miller service department is untouchable to both these dealers, with Tenafly being significantly better than Prestige. After my last visit to Prestige, I find it very unlikely that I will return. Here is a recap: I had made a service appointment the week before I brought my car in and reserved a loaner. My appointment was on a Thursday and I dropped my car off Wednesday evening. When I arrived at the dealer and pulled into the service bay I saw a few mechanics in the bay and 4 service people through the glass. Not one person greeted me or told me if I should wait in my car or go into the office. I went into the office and saw two service reps talking to customers and 2 other reps further away who seemed to be chit chatting. I stood there for more than 5 minutes until someone spoke to or acknowledged me. At both previous dealers I was greeted immediately and offered a seat and drink. After one of the two reps freed up, they helped me and apologized for the delay. After getting the loaner home, I was sent a text message to my phone and thought that was pretty cool and convenient (as I prefer this method of communication). The following day I texted back to this number around 2pm requesting an update to the status of me car. I got a phone call shortly thereafter, but no text response. They had not had a chance to look at my car that day and informed me that It would not be looked at until Friday. Friday comes around and At 1pm I still have not gotten a update on my car, so I text again asking what the status is. They said will be in touch soon and called again. They told me that my car would not be ready until Saturday. Now I must say that at no point did I feel that I was being mistreated or disrespected. The agent I worked with was professional, courteous and polite. But on the other hand I never was made to feel that my car or myself was a priority. This was not the case at the two other local dealer service centers I have used in the past. Additionally, the text service they employ is ridiculous! If you are going to offer this service, use it or remove the offering entirely! What upset me and would have made me give a 4 star rating instead of 5 was the wasted day where they did not even look at my car and the fact that updates were not provided until I called. This would not have been enough to keep me from visiting again. The straw that broke the camels back and warranted this 1 star review has to do with the treatment of my personal property. I accidentally left a brand new pair of Bose wireless headphones in the loaner when I returned the car on Saturday. Since they are closed on Sunday, I had to wait until Monday to reach out to them. I was informed that they recovered no headphones from the loaner vehicle and that is was already loaned out to another person. I told them that maybe they had fallen on the floor and slid under a seat. I asked if they could reach out to the person who had the loaner. They were NOT accommodating at all in helping recover my personal property. I called 3 more times over the next week and a half asking if they recovered them yet and they said they did not! I am sure there is some kid who cleans the cars enjoying my expensive headphones right now! To top it off, once again, as no point did I feel I was a priority or that my forgotten personal property was important to them. I believe that if I had not reached out to them, they would have never even followed up with me. If you do not like feeling like a priority and are ok with employees who have sticky fingers, I recommend Prestige BMW. Otherwise, I suggest taking your car to one of the other BMW dealers in the area, I assure you that you will be in much better hands! Paul Miller BMW will make you feel like a king! More

Diana is an impeccable service advisor with an amazing knowledge of BMW cars, and her personality is something that I look forward to every time I go for service. When I took my car in for an oil change, she was able to notice some suspension damage resulting from a previous accident. In the matter of 20 minutes, she contacted the liable party's insurance company, and had me out the door in a beautiful loaner car. A few days later, my car was returned to me, thoroughly cleaned inside and out, and it now drives flawlessly. A BMW is certainly a pricey investment, however this level of service and professionality is what makes it entirely worth it. More
