Service Beyond the Terms of Contract After taking posession of the car, a 2 Convertible, I found that some minor functions were not operating the way I expected and thought that they were After taking posession of the car, a 2 Convertible, I found that some minor functions were not operating the way I expected and thought that they were minor glitches. They were not. Simply, the progress of electronics can be hard to follow by anybody born before the age of USB keys. I made an appointment during which young Daniel X(?) solved most points with extreme good will and talent, but one or two still resisted. I was then handed over to Cameron Cocherl and Chris Ray who researched the remaining points as they were not obvious, even to them (who in this day and age still tries to upload 1000 CDs to the hard disk?), and then provided the perfect solutions. I have been a client of BMW of Ramsey for the past 20 years, except for an unfortunate and horrible 3 year hiatus with Jack Daniels Audi, a mile down the road. (see my reviews about them). Escaping from Jack Daniels Audi and their xxxxx felt like crossing over from North Korea. I cannot have high enough praise for BMW of Ramsey, both the Sales and Service Departments. More

Bad service So the service was backed up. No communication about it till I called. First day I called I was told about too many cars. Second day John was out, and So the service was backed up. No communication about it till I called. First day I called I was told about too many cars. Second day John was out, and he promised me someone else will call. Nobody called me, so I called them and was told that I have to wait till tomorrow to deal with John. Called on the 3rd day, and this service manager didn't even know who I was. I told them I would take the car back and bring it to another dealership. So I received back very dirty car. I didn't buy from this dealership a year ago, and now it looks like I will have to be taking my car to other dealership for service. More

Slow/poor service It took the dealership about an hour, three calls from the cashier and a rude attendant to bring my car out of the shop. An hour later the attendant said “well, your car is not washed yet!” Can you wait another hour or so? Cashier and lady who received my car (Morgan?)were kind, responsible and professional. Although I did not work with her this time, Diana Martinez is always above and beyond. She always go out of her way to make sure everything is I order. More
