Seamless Service Our BMW had a flat tire on a Monday night. I was able to reach the service department on the phone after 7pm and advise them that the car was being l Our BMW had a flat tire on a Monday night. I was able to reach the service department on the phone after 7pm and advise them that the car was being left on their lot by AAA. I also advised them that the car was due for a service check. Diana at BMW sent me a text first thing in the morning that the car was being worked on. I asked if someone could pick me up a my home once the car was done and she promptly verified that this was possible. Received a text around 5ish that my car was ready and asking if I was ready for pick up, which I was. I was picked up 20 minutes later by a personable young man and was driving home within a half hour. I highly recommend this dealership for service. More

Downhill from the old Prestige days Car was taken in service on Thursday 7am. While grateful for the loaner, it nauseatingly smelled of smoke. Not fun especially with 2 little kids. When asked for an update, they said it would have to stay overnight. Fine. The next day, no response. I used their text messaging system for an update. Hours later after not hearing from her, I asked again. She said it’s with the technician and has to stay overnight. No update. Fine. Saturday rolled around, again no word from the service rep. I text again. No update response at all. FinallyMinday morning rolled around. 5 days later and no explanation as to what the issue was. Keep in mind this is a 2017 BMW with 8000 miles on it. When I finally picked it up, no explanation from anyone. I read on the paper that a fuse was replaced. 5 days for a fuse, chasing the reps for an update and no explanation? I used to love this place. Now it’s been 2 service calls in a row with poor service, including 2:45 minute oil change, including the same rep telling me it’s almost done, 1:15 into it. Gonna try Park Ave next time. This isn’t the Prestige of old. More
