Overdue scheduled maintenance was expedited. After purchasing my 328d in April 2017 from (then) Prestige BMW, I returned to have NY plates mounted. The technician was going to mount the plates ov After purchasing my 328d in April 2017 from (then) Prestige BMW, I returned to have NY plates mounted. The technician was going to mount the plates over over a surface which required cleaning (white car conspicuously reveals bug and tar spots). I asked for some cleaner for which I received a negative reply, so I went to the men's room to wet some paper towels and do the job myself. When I got back, one plate was already mounted, so I at least cleaned the other prior to mounting. When I got home, I removed the first plate and cleaned the bumper behind it. This was my first impression of the Service Departmet, and I considered never going back. Since meeting Mr. Cameron Cocherl, My confidence in BMW of Ramsey has increased. Mr. Cocherl is always courteous and consistently attentive to my concerns regarding my 328d. One ongoing concern Mr. Cocherl was unable to overcome is in regards to front bumper sensors. Although the vehicle is now 13 months old, this has been a mild defect since ~ July of 2017, when the vehicle was just a few months old. Perhaps BMW needs to redesign the parts and installation as the system is a weak link in my overall review of the 2017 BMWd. More

Disappointed I've been coming here since 2008. I have a Z4 that I brought as a CPO From Prestige BMW. Long story short it was leaking water. They told me they h I've been coming here since 2008. I have a Z4 that I brought as a CPO From Prestige BMW. Long story short it was leaking water. They told me they had it fixed after a $1,200 repair and it still leaked. I brought it back and they told me the windshield and window seals were no good. If we did a water test how did we not pick that up the first time. Spent the $1,600 to have that repaired. Pick up my car and the mechanic left his/her bag of sunflower seeds in on my passenger seat. Attention to detail?? Now let's talk about the woman behind the check out counter. She looks miserable to be there. No greeting whatsoever, looks at me and says "last name?" Really? then she puts down papers in front of me and says "sign". Pretty much the same treatment last time I was there. If this is the last face you see when leaving your service center it does not leave a good impression. This is not what I expect from a BMW service center. She needs customer service training desperately. Best of luck, Nick More

Service was fine I was not called when my cars service was done. I had loner so no big deal and not sure if your policy changed. I was annoyed when I picked my car I was not called when my cars service was done. I had loner so no big deal and not sure if your policy changed. I was annoyed when I picked my car up the second day and it had not been washed. Attendent said they would do it right then but I had business to take care of. He also said I could come back any time. With the time period my car was with you there is no excuse that it had not been washed. More
