Surprisingly, Disappointed. On Saturday, August 11 at 9 AM, I took my car in to BMW of Ramsey to address two safety recalls. When scheduling the service, I was informed this woul On Saturday, August 11 at 9 AM, I took my car in to BMW of Ramsey to address two safety recalls. When scheduling the service, I was informed this would take around 4 hours. When the car was turned over to BMW, there was no indication that there was any issues with my tire pressure. Four days later, my car was returned to me and my front right tire was completely flat. The BMW service dept. claimed I had a nail in my tire which caused my tire to go flat and wanted me to pay to get the tire replaced. This immediately seemed strange to me. My tire pressure sensor is so sensitive that the slightest change in temperature sets it off. If I had a nail in my tire and the tire was losing air, prior to me coming in for service, my sensor system would have certainly indicated that. I believe my tire was damaged under BMW’s care and they are not honest enough to take responsibility for it. As a result, the confidence I once had in BMW of Ramsey is now compromised. I have zero trust in them and I doubt I will ever bring my car back to that location. More

Great Service When I entered the Service Center I was greeted politely by Anthony and the service technician knew exactly why I was there. I did not have to waste time explaining the issue. Diane came to me and my car immediately upon my arrival and greeted me with a warm smile. She was both pleasant and efficient. Given my work schedule, I really do appreciate efficiency. She answered all of my questions and she got me processed and on my way with the loaner car very quickly. She also made certain that my car was returned to me in the time frame that I required. I was actually surprised that it was returned to me as quickly as it was. It was a GREAT service experience. I have always done so because of my relationship with Alex Marsiglio and Tim Gallagher. The last three times I have attempted to get service from Ramsey BMW have bee disastrous. Yesterday, I made an appointment 2 weeks out to ensure the availability of a loaner car. I live 40 miles away. I arrive, no loaner car. For the third consecutive time, I now have to scramble to find Alex and Tim in order to fix the chaos service created for me. I am now at the point that I will be shopping around for my next car when my lease expires in December. Having said that, my service specialist Anna was great. Your infrastructure and organization needs significant improvement such that Anna has the tools to do her job. More
