Great service and high tech I brought my fourth BMW and one of the reason is because of the outstanding service from BMW of Ramsey. Although I need to wait a little longer than I like to pick up my car this time, I still want to give them 4 stars. I normally gave 5 stars for excellent service and I probably get spoiled with their service. Simple on line schedule, RF scanning, text message for status, friendly staff, great waiting area with coffee and snacks. More

Anna P is the best service rep. Had an engine fan replaced on my X3. Only problem is the mechanic forgot to check and put in more engine coolant. Excellent Service/Customer Service Brought my car in for routine service and oil change. Frank Alessi my service advisor took care of everything for me in a timely and professional manner. Very NICE guy! Attentive, courteous and promt Had continuous problems with my tire and brought my vehicle to the dealership where I purchased the car and was not satisfied with service.
