Curtious and Respectful employees at Prestige BMS, Ramsey NJ Service technicians are knowledgable and repairs are quick. I own a 328D, 3 years old, close to 100,000 miles. The only issue is the O2 sensors, f Service technicians are knowledgable and repairs are quick. I own a 328D, 3 years old, close to 100,000 miles. The only issue is the O2 sensors, filters clog. They were replaced 4 x when the car was under warranty. This issue has history. It would behove BMW to repair at a discounted cost or no cost. Whom ever I spoke to about the cars issue was very efficient and helped set up an appointment immediately, which was the same day. I dropped off my car at 4 pm and by 8 pm it's issue had been repaired. More

Good work but long wait While traveling I recently had a sidewall blowout of a tire. I called to schedule an appt and was directed to BMW Roadside to schedule a tow. After While traveling I recently had a sidewall blowout of a tire. I called to schedule an appt and was directed to BMW Roadside to schedule a tow. After the 2 hours it took to get towed the 6 miles to the dealership, I was told the information provided for the appointment did not actually matter; I had to re-provide my information and wait 3 hours to get a new tire put on. The work was done well, which is the most important thing, but the time spent sitting in the waiting area seemed excessive for the service being performed. Being a stranded traveller, it would have been nice for a more clear timeline of service. More
