Dropped my car off on a thurs am at 845am my appt was for 9am got a reminder to please be on time never got a call/ text all day about the status of my vehicle until I had to call at 4pm service dept open to 9am got a reminder to please be on time never got a call/ text all day about the status of my vehicle until I had to call at 4pm service dept open to 6 advisor got back to me after phone message/text 530ish because I had a question about 1 repair told advisor would pick up car fri after work between 5-6pm part needed for 1 repair was in stock proceeded to go to dealership on Fri arrived at 5 advisor was off that Fri I did know this instructed her to notify covering advisor that I would be there after work when got to dealership no one one had my paperwork car service was completed but nobody had my paperwork Communication was slightly disorganized that day maybe because my car needed no major repairs More
Terrible experience, was not able to test drive/start the car even though I was assured on-line before I went in that it was available. Tries to upsell the vehicle from the get go with statement like new tir car even though I was assured on-line before I went in that it was available. Tries to upsell the vehicle from the get go with statement like new tires, and ceramic coating (if you add $20k performance parts would you be able to get that back?) Salesperson proceeded to try and negotiate everything else such as trade in/appraisal to get a quick one on me. Tries to lowball my trade-in by $2k+, unwilling to negotiate the sales price of their car. I asked for the car to be non-certified which he removes for $1k as if that was negotiation (I think you took something out? why not remove the wheels next for another discount?) but never negotiates on their sales price. Other cars average market was going for about 44k, and their car is listed at 49k (5k over). Tries to mask the negotiation with the final price out the door when he assures their dealership has little to no fees (so what's left, tax, $700 for paper work + ~$500 for DMV/title,etc) very shady. Worst car buying experience! More

Kenny is the best. Didn’t have an appointment and he said no problem I’ll take care of it. Got me in and out without a hitch and even put some armor all on my tires.
