I couldn’t have gotten a better Service Advisor! I think this was the third time Benjamin serviced my 2019 BMW X5 xDrive40i, and let me tell you, I don’t want anyone else handling my X5 now. I’m sur I think this was the third time Benjamin serviced my 2019 BMW X5 xDrive40i, and let me tell you, I don’t want anyone else handling my X5 now. I’m sure everyone else is great, but he just made me feel like my time was important. He was eager to help me. Communication was great! Ben kept me updated via phone and text. He also tries hard to give you a loaner vehicle that is comprobable to your vehicle. Bottom line, I couldn’t be happier with the services Benjamin has provided to me. More

I’ve purchased vehicles at Park Ave. , BMW and the experience is completely different from Ramsey not only is the staff at Park Ave BMW rude, but they don’t look to keep the customer sati , BMW and the experience is completely different from Ramsey not only is the staff at Park Ave BMW rude, but they don’t look to keep the customer satisfied I have now purchased my second BMW X6 from Ramsey and I love this place. This is the kind of treatment you should get when buying a luxury vehicle, the dealership is very modern and clean. The staff is extremely friendly and it’s always a pleasure coming there when having my vehicle service, Ben is the guy to go to. He has gone above and beyond to help me in my vehicles needs and I always leave with a smile on my face. I’ve never gotten this treatment at Park Ave BMW and I just thought all all dealerships were this way, Ramsey is the best and I will always continue shopping there for my future vehicles, and definitely when they need service Ben is the guy!!! I highly recommend him to all BMW owners, friends, and families!!! More
