Everyone was courteous and professional, however, my car was there for 1.5 weeks and a couple days before it was even looked at. My service representative was out sick I guess and I had to repeatedly call u was there for 1.5 weeks and a couple days before it was even looked at. I had to get a second loaner because the first one smelled of cigarettes and I couldn’t drive it with my children in the car. I would have done that sooner had I’d been told the part could take several days instead of being told “it will be here tomorrow”. More
