Benjamin Abramov was my service advisor when I took my car to BMW of Ramsey. Having owned every brand of luxury car and having dealt with multiple service advisors, all I can say is that Benjamin was the car to BMW of Ramsey. He was patient with me and addressed every one of my concerns. Benjamin was on top of the issues and kept me updated at every stage of the service and repair process.
