The fact that this vehicle is a week old and it had to be brought in for service and stay for over a week is unacceptable. This said, the service team was courteous and helpful. Jason was very clear about everything and communicated promptly with the details. He was aggressive in trying to collect from our insurance company for one repair even though it took him extra time to do promptly with the details.
